The "Senior 8-Man Team" is a club versus club match play tournament conducted by the Minnesota Public Golf Association. The matches are played at scratch - no handicaps are involved. Each club sends 8 players to each match. You must be at least 55 years of age as of the date of the competition to be eligible. The 8 players are paired into 4 two-man teams. Each two-man team plays a match play match against a two-man team from the other club. The matches are conducted on selected Tuesday mornings throughout the summer. Starting times are usually 8:00 am.

The 8 man team played at Keller today and lost 7 ½ to 4 ½. The 8-man season is over for this year. Standings

Fox Hollow Men’s Club is entered in this competition. You must be at least 55 years of age as of the date of the competition to be eligible. The matches are played at scratch – no handicaps are involved.

We are in the Hogan Division ( 4 divisions – 8 teams per division) along with Greenhaven, Links @Northfork, Monticello, Pebble Creek, Pheasant Acres, Purple Hawk & Rum River Hills. We play all the teams in our division. Using the season-long won-loss standings the top 4 teams advance to the playoffs in September.

The seven matches are scheduled for May 5^th & 19^th, June 2^nd & 23^rd, July 14^th, Aug 4^th & 18^th.

To make this work, on each of the play dates we will have 4 team members play at home and 4 team members play at the opponent’s course.
