Before returning their score cards, players are allowed to cross out  the three worst holes.

Handicap allowance Course handicaps are reduced in proportion to the number of holes rejected.  In this case by 16% (3/18) The winner has the lowest score for the remaining holes.

Score card should have last name of player and local number.
Also record Total score, Handicap   ( Handicap is used only for determining flight.)
